Our process is simple and fast

  1. Learn about your business: We meet with you and learn more about your business. If it meets our criteria mentioned above we will move to the next step.

  2. Make an offer: After discussing your needs, we will provide you a letter of intent. This is not a binding offer. You will need to keep running operating your business  as usual.

  3. Due Diligence and closing: We will verify your financial statements, business operations, and legal contracts, and prepare a final purchase agreement to sign. We will then close and begin the transition process.

Ben graduated from the Schulich School of Business specializing in finance and accounting. He worked at Ernst & Young for a short stint and went on to pursue a career in real estate sales. In 2018 Ben co-founded a real estate technology company which he exited in 2021. In 2024, Ben started Highpoint Street Partners, a search fund backed by successful entrepreneurs and investors with experience taking small to mid sized businesses to the next level.
